Wisdom in Living
WISDOM RESOURCES
Stephen Lau
Wisdom in living is living as if everything is a miracle, just as Albert Einstein said: "There are two ways to live your life: one is to live as if everything is a miracle; the other is to live as if nothing is a miracle." To do just that, you need different wisdom resources:
Human wisdom, in particular, TAO wisdom, plays a pivotal role in life choices and decisions, resulting in life experiences, as well as the perceptions and interpretations of those experiences. Get the wisdom to know who you are and what you want from life.
Life is meaningless if happiness is absent. Happiness comes from the mind and the intangible; it has to be cultivated, nurtured, and appreciated.
Money may not make you happy, but the lack of it certainly does. Get the resources to make more money, and use it wisely to make your life happier and more purposeful.
Longevity is partly in your genes, and mostly in your own hands. How do you live your life, if you just don't die?
The body, the mind, and the spirit are all inter-connected with one another. Wisdom in living requires balance and harmony through their alignment with one another.
The body lives in the physical and material world; the mind controls the body, but is supervised by the spirit.
Mindfulness is the consciousness of what is happening to the body, the mind, and the spirit. Without this mindfulness, there is no fitness of the body, the mind, and the spirit.
Good health begins with good posture, which creates correct breathing to enable good circulation of the internal life energy.
Pain is inevitable throughout life journey. Pain may come in different forms: emotional pain, physical pain, and spiritual pain.
Your overall health and well-being depend a lot on your body weight, which affects the body, the mind, and the spirit. Manage your body weight effectively!
Your eyes are connected to your brain. Your vision health also affects your brain health and how you see the world around you.
